Sunday greetings and a box of blessings.

Happy Sunday everyone, hope you are all happy, healthy and safe this Sunday and every day the rest of this week. Thank you again, to everyone who sent prayers and well wishes for my cousin’s daughter who is in the hospital during her pregnancy, She is doing better and the baby is also doing well, staying put. The longer the baby stays in mommy, the better the outcome. The babies lungs need to develop more. Very thankful to God for all the gifts we receive everyday. Today’s bible verse from my friend’s box of blessings is…

The Lord shall prosper us and we, His servants, shall arise and build.
Nehemiah 2:20

Have a beautiful week everyone. Stay safe as always and God bless you and yours from all of us at Our Little Red House.

Got a lot of rain this week. Our back yard flooded. My son (in boots down below) went out and brought some chickens in that back room to dry off. I had no idea there were loose chickens when I opened the blinds to let some sunlight in after the storm and surprise, surprise…there was a baby chick with an attitude too. Called my son back into room and told him to catch it and take it back out, it was dry now. Little buggers, so adorable but they are not clean creatures. In photo above, that’s the couch it’s just hanging out on and it didn’t want to leave.

  2. LOL, that is so funny you had a chick on your sofa! I once read an article by a lady that woke up to her two pet goats in her living room! I guess they learned how to open the door and really missed her… 🙂

    1. I saw a lady once that talked about chicken diapers for the people who have chicken’s as pets. They will go to the bathroom all the time, that’s why they are so messy. Now we are back to warm temps, should be 113F today. The chickens have a huge shade tree and their coop is half the yard on the other side.
