A book sale at the library.

My favorite kind of shopping, is always about books. Shopping for books is something everyone can enjoy. I’m trying to get some early Christmas shopping done and a good book is always a nice gift.

It’s been cold this week. The drive to the library was so beautiful. It’s so different here. No longer do I see those vast open spaces with HUGE mountains and miles and miles of emptiness like I did in Arizona. The scenes in Arizona are gorgeous, with horizons and sunsets that never seem to end. Totally black at night with nothing for miles and miles…that’s a road trip in Arizona, but here…here it is tree after tree and curvy roads with beautiful creeks and rivers everywhere. What a beautiful planet God created. I love both environments. Both are beautiful in their own ways.

When we got to the library one of the librarians gave us a tour of the free studios available to the public. They have a media room with a huge green screen and all the equipment you would need to edit a movie or short commercial. They also had a recording studio, that was cool to see.

We were there to pick up some Michael Jackson music.

On the top of the roof at the library there are these huge swings to just lay in and swing away. The views are beautiful with colors changing everywhere, the perfect time to visit, the Fall.

There is a little coffee shop at the library, with giant salted peanut butter cookies and cocoa and coffee. Some of the best coffee comes from the library cafe.

Happy book hunting everyone. Stay safe out there and God bless you all.
