Christmas craft kits to make and give out.

We make seasonal kits to give out for free around our community. This is a great way to encourage others to do something with their hands and to keep that creative mind growing, especially those little ones.

If you make kits to give out, make sure the kits are very simple and easy to understand. Paper chain snowmen, or paper angel ornaments, beads and pipe cleaner wreaths, pom pom animal ornament kits.

There are so many ways to pass out some kindness. Even little sewing kits with a simple pattern for children and adults to learn a new skill. Exercise that brain too I always say, it opens those doors to creativity.

We made over 200 kits this year, I believe last year was around 100. Maybe next year it will be 300. The tiny kits included confetti, and string. They can be passed around town in your favorite stores for customers to take home and make.

Some other good drop off places are those little library stands, children’s centers and hospitals, a small private classroom, or home school group. In most communities there are Autism centers where kids go in for therapy, which is also a great place to drop off your kits. We make some for the Adults center to work on as well. Don’t forget senior centers. Spread creativity. Happy crafting everyone.
