I would love to try my hand at Spun cotton. I have some of the supplies in my home for this but I haven’t had a chance to create anything yet. I’m not sure what that item would be. Maybe some sort of woodland animal. Maybe a little bird. I love hearts, that might be a good beginning project.

I would also love to start weaving as well. I weave baskets but I have never done a rug before. I think that would be a fun new craft hobby to start.

For now that’s about it in new crafting skills. I have all the supplies for weaving too, I just haven’t gotten around to it. I need to learn time management skills too, figure how to squeeze more minutes out of these days.

I think all these items would make great Christmas gifts and ornaments to make. It’s so important to switch up things, learning a new language, or trying a new recipe and creating something you have never done before. It helps exercise our brains. Happy crafting everyone.
