A visit back to the farm.

Down the street from where we live there is a little farm. Sometimes we will go over and visit, talking for hours at a time, feeding the animals and petting them. They are so adorable. What do you think they would call that…farm therapy maybe?

It’s such a fun place to hang out. I go there sometimes just to relax and be in an environment surrounded by animals, it feels like a scene as old as time. The animals follow me around waiting for me to give them a treat. There are calves right now and they are super cute with their big eyes.

A kitten is at the farm this New Year and he is a playful little one. I brought down one of my wool felted hearts and he took off with it, tossing it in the air and jumping around with it.

I tried to get a good photo of him but I didn’t have it in focus and then he skedaddled away. Kittens have a ton of energy. I found him later and picked him up and he purred away to eventually falling asleep in my arms.

Thought I share my second favorite place to be, as you all know I love my walks by the creeks and lake, but I am sharing with you today…The Little Farm.
