This is a trail some of my followers will be familiar with. I don’t usually share photos of all the locations we walk but thought I switch things up. Usually you are getting photos of my Little Lake walks, which I really enjoy too. This walk has a small pond/lake on the trail with a bridge. The trails for this walk lead off into the woods and there is a creek along parts of the trail.
There were all kinds of butterflies, birds, and flowers in bloom when I took this walk. The pond and creek area had little guppies and tiny fish were jumping up above the water. The tadpoles are out as well and they are especially fun for me to watch, so cute, soon to be tiny frogs. I didn’t have my micro lens with me to get photos of the tiny things.

There was a flower out in bloom that made the whole trail smell wonderful. Like a sweet Jasmine/gardenia, soap clean smell…hard to describe but here is a photo of the flower.

The trees were in full bloom creating a canopy of bits of light and dark coming through all the leaves like stained glass.
Off trail I spotted a little bird’s nest. It was beautifully made.

This is a trail that we all enjoy walking some afternoons. It is very shaded right now because all the trees are full of leaves. The temps were in the 50’s which is sweater weather for me. I am taking a break for a few months from blogging but will have pre-scheduled posts now and then. I hope you all are having beautiful walks. Stay safe and God bless you all.
