Taking a walk with the bees.

It’s been so beautiful out there lately, the perfect weather. I walked down to the used bookstore today, checking in to see what new books they got in. On the way to the store I stopped to check out all the wildflowers everywhere. The walk there is lined with all kinds of flowers and plants.

I love walking in town around the historic neighborhood. It’s like walking back in time.

I ended up buying two books to take back home with me. One was titled Having our say by Sarah and Elizabeth Delany with Amy Hill Hearth, the other was The American Heiress by Daisy Goodwin.

There were so many Bumble Bees out flying around with each step I took. I stopped to get some shots. I will use these later for my drawings. My little art studio although not yet finished is just about there. Isn’t it nice when everything is coming together. Life is really beautiful…what a gift it is in every day.

I thought I would share some photos I took on my walk to the bookstore today, as well as share one of my projects I completed this week. One of my hand painted products.
